Announcing a new class – Tuesday mornings 8:30am – Core Conditioning with Charlene Malburn

Tomorrow morning 10/23 at 8:30am, we kick off Charlene Malburn’s Core Conditioning Class in the Old Lyme Wellness Fitness Studio on the lower level. You can sign up on Facebook or online and if you just come in to try it out, we take dropins for $20 a session.

Get to the core of things ! All the while having some fun;and being challenged at a level appropriate for your fitness. This class will emphasize good form, and you will use all your muscles;not just your ab’s! A solid core is essential to quality of movement for the entire body. This class will help you get mobile where needed and stabilize/strengthen your core musculature.

Carolino Monteiro speaks with students on Fitness & Nutrition

For the second year in a row, one of our AWESOME trainers, Carolino Monteiro, led students from Lyme-Old Lyme High School through fitness & nutrition workshops today at the school’s first Wildcat Wellness Day!

Old Lyme Wellness offers health & fitness services for all ages, from consultation & assessment to creation of personalized programs to improve physical function, sports performance, balance, injury prevention & rehab, and nutrition support.
